Project management and administration: On sign-off, our very

experienced project management team take over to secure

the necessary permissions and compliances, appoint vendors

and service providers, procure products and components and

coordinate resources to deliver the design specifications to budget

and deadlines. The project manager reports on progress regularly,

documents meetings, decisions and variances and manages the

financial and administrative affairs of the project from end to end.

On hand-over, a project audit identifies project snags that get

noted and resolved promptly.

Solution development and design: On appointment, our workplace

contemporary best-practice design knowledge to create a unique
